What to expect
There are two phases to your onboarding so to make it as streamlined as possible, please give yourself about 15-30 minutes to work your way through it.
We have a few different processes working with your signup data, so you may have to enter your details a few different times.
Phase One: Signing up for your subscription
Sign the Terms of Service Agreement
you will be emailed a copy immediately afterwards
Choose the currency you want to pay in
Choose how you want to pay
You can choose to have a recurring subscription, or to be invoiced every month
Confirm your plan and purchase at Checkout
Choose the plan you want and purchase it
- if choosing to be invoiced, you will pay for onboarding and your first months subscription right now and confirm your details via a short form.
*if you are eligible for promotional offers you will need your coupon code or any benefits will be deducted from your ongoing invoices
Phase Two: Gathering your information to set up your account
You will be asked for all of your business information in order to set up your account; things like your domain and social media handles.
Book your first Onboarding Call: Tech Setup
- please ensure you have selected the correct timezone before choosing your meeting time!
Once you have completed your first Onboarding Call, you will be sent an email summary and within it invitation link to book your second Onboarding Call: Training Call.
Once you have had your Training Call, you will receive an email from me inviting you to book your third Onboarding Call: Strategy & Catchup. This is where you and I regroup, go over any questions and ensure you have everything you need to get started.
