What you can expect from your onboarding

This is a bit of a process, so please give yourself about
15-30 minutes to work your way through it.
And yes, sorry, you will have to enter your details a few different times.

Here are Next Steps for onboarding

Phase One: Gathering your information to set up your account

  • Sign the Terms of Service Agreement
    - you will be emailed a copy immediately afterwards

  • Fill in the New Client Information
    - this ensures we have all your business details correct for communication and invoicing

  • Confirm your purchase at Checkout
    - pay for onboarding and your first months subscription
    *if you are eligible for promotional offers or onboarding + month free with annual plans, this will be discounted from your ongoing invoices
    ** if the system takes you to the wrong currency, you can change with the blue button at the bottom of the checkout page

  • Business Setup Questions
    - all the details our onboarding team needs to know to set up your account correctly

  • Book your first Onboarding Call: Tech Setup
    - please ensure you have selected the correct timezone before choosing your meeting time!

  • Once you have completed your first Onboarding Call, you will be sent an email summary and within it invitation link to book your second Onboarding Call: Training Call.

  • Once you have had your Training Call, you will receive an email from me inviting you to book your third Onboarding Call: Strategy & Catchup. This is where you and I regroup, go over any questions and ensure you have everything you need to get started.
